So, she earns her points, they tell us there are no rooms. We ask if she earns points can she get a room and they say yes if there is one available. So, I asked to be moved to a room with two queens so she can share with me.at first they suggest she sleep on a pullout (we all know how comfortable that is) and I say no, so they do move us. They claimed that it used to be Sunday thru Thursday but had recently changed to Monday thru Thursday.
Granted my sister looked at the offer wrong (she just saw the dates), but to me the hotel staff should have known that the offer was not good when they booked her.
They say the offer is only good for Monday thru Thursday and she would have to pay. Then we arrive and we check in, they give her a room key, she goes to her room (238) and then gets a phone call. She had gotten her first ever offer for a complimentary room, and called to book for Sunday night, was given a room and confirmation number. If you get a complimentary offer or get a room after calling, don't be surprised if you get there and they tell you they made a mistake! It has happened twice now.once to me and now to my sister.
